Ali Espinosa joined El Dorado Furniture as Director of Human Resources in September 2019. Ali has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and has certification as SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional). Before joining the furniture retail industry, Ali acquired much of her vast HR knowledge and experience during the past 25 years working in the cruise line industry and healthcare.
