Eric Easter, CEO of Kittle’s Furniture, discussed the importance of establishing a positive company culture during HFA’s Lunch with Leaders at the Las Vegas Market.
Easter, a member of the Home Furnishings Association’s Board of Directors, said business success depends heavily on employee attitudes. When they feel a sense of ownership, and when they’re treated fairly and consistently, employees want to contribute to the company’s growth. A business can attract and keep the right people by developing collaborative relationships, Easter said.
Lunch with Leaders offers an opportunity for young professionals to talk one-on-one with a leader in the industry and network with peers in an intimate setting.
