InfinityX is an easy-to-use and intuitive retail and finance software system that covers everything furniture retailers need to run efficient and profitable businesses. The software includes point of sale, purchasing, sales management, inventory, warehouse management, distribution, service, marketing, and customer communication, just to name a few. InfinityX is cloud-based, fully integrated, and always real-time.

- Phone, Email, and Mail Verification – Melissa Data Services: This integration allows InfinityX to verify, and in most cases automatically correct your customer’s information. We can even distinguish mobile numbers from landlines and correct them on the fly. Imagine, you can have almost perfect contact information for all your customers making your advertising, collections, and all customer contact that much more effective.
- Call center – TCN: A cloud-based call center suite that makes it easy to automate tasks, collect more, and delight customers. The integration allows the retailer to launch all calls and record all results in InfinityX.
