Seth Busby – Talent Acquisition Supervisor, Kittle’s Furniture

Seth Busby began at Kittle’s Furniture as an assistant store manager and quickly transitioned to recruitment, where he is currently the Talent Acquisition Supervisor leading the recruitment process. Kittle’s Furniture has served Indiana with 8 stores for over 90 years. Kittle’s has been recognized as a Top Workplace and awarded the National Furniture Retailer of the Year by Furniture Today.  

 

Carl Nyberg – Vice President and COO, HOM Furnishings

Carl Nyberg is the VP and COO of HOM Furniture, employing over 1,000 employees. Today HOM Furniture / Gabberts / Dock86 ranks as one of the nation’s largest furniture retailers serving customers in the upper Midwestern states of Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin with a total of 18 locations.  Founded in 1973, HOM Furniture will be celebrating 50 years.
