Stefani Norton is Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales at Tempur Sealy International. Since joining the company in 2012, she has held several regional and divisional leadership positions, successfully guiding sales strategy and operations. She was appointed to her current role in 2025. Previously, she spent 10 years at Levolor in a variety of sales and leadership roles.
