Fanaye Taye is the Senior Vice President of HR for the Synchrony Home & Auto platform. Fanaye supports Curtis Howse, Home & Auto EVP, CEO, and the H&A senior leadership team in this role. Before her current role, Fanaye was the CHRO at Kirkland’s Home, a home decor furniture company in 35 states with over 360 stores and 5,000 employees. 

Shawna Lecuyer, Consultant, The Family Business Consulting Group 

Shawna Lecuyer is a consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group, bringing 25 years of experience helping multi-generational families navigate complex business dynamics. Known for her empathy and growth mindset, she coaches leaders to align values with legacy, strengthen governance, and unlock authentic leadership. Shawna has led legal, HR, and risk functions, built governance systems, and served on fiduciary and advisory boards. Currently a board member with PrimeCare Health and Family Office Exchange, she is also the author of the forthcoming book Leveraging Your Legacy.
