Margot Cook is Vice-President of Operations at Howard Lorton Furniture & Design in Denver, a 97-year-old family business. As a high-end home furnishings retailer, Howard Lorton’s design staff is focused on building long-term relationships with clients and educating new clients on Lorton’s value. Margot has worked alongside her husband Will for the past 5 years, focusing on operational excellence.

 

Wendi Swanson Owner & Founder, Etymon Group

Wendi Swanson founded The Etymon Group, specializing in driving organizational growth through leadership and training that prioritizes customer experience (CX) over AI and omnichannel strategies.
