Michael Lewis is the Senior Sales Training Manager for Levin Furniture, bringing over 20 years of sales experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Dedicated to educating and empowering sales professionals, Michael plays a key role in driving success across Levin Furniture & Mattress, John V Schultz Furniture, and Ashley stores, which collectively operate 30 locations throughout northeast Ohio and southwest Pennsylvania.

Joshua Ortiz, Sales Director, NFM-The Colony, TX 

Joshua Ortiz is the Furniture General Sales Director at NFM of Texas, one of the nation’s largest home furnishings retailers, selling furniture, flooring, appliances, and electronics. He has been with NFM for over 10 years and has held various roles of increasing responsibility, beginning as a Floor Manager and now as General Sales Director. This top 100 company is also part of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway family of companies. NFM has locations in Omaha, Des Moines, Iowa, Kansas City, Kansas, and Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.
