These industry leaders will bring fresh perspectives and expertise to the board as the HFA continues its commitment to advancing the home furnishings industry and supporting its members.

Leah Kirkland, Vice President, R&A Marketing, Inc.
Leah Kirkland brings two decades of diverse experience and a deep passion for the home furnishings industry to the HFA Board. Her career spans manufacturing sales, specialty services, and early adoption of 3D technology and digital tools for furniture retail. As Vice President of R&A Marketing, Leah helps retailers grow through full-service advertising, website development, and digital strategy.
